Day 2: Build muscle with bodyweight training...
If you train at home with minimal equipment, this workout is EXACTLY what you've been looking for...It's going to allow you to build muscle without weights (or a gym!). All you need for this one is your bodyweight, a bench or chair, and something to do a pulling exercise on (either a chin-up or inverted row). It's going to cover every single major muscle group in your entire body in just 3 exercises, done in a very specific pattern. The first time I did this workout, I was blown away at how effective it was. This one LOOKS easy at first...and it gets tough FAST.
